Refund Policy

Project Cancellation: Cancellation of a project at the request of the client must be made by registered mail. In the event that work is postponed or cancelled at the request of the client by registered mail, the developer shall have the right to retain the original deposit. In the event this amount is not sufficient to cover the Developer for time ($80 per hour) and expense already invested in the project, additional payment will be due. If additional payment is due, this will be billed to the Client within 10 days of the stop work request. Payment is due fifteen (15) days after date of invoice. Any late payment will be subject to any costs of collection (including reasonable legal fees) and will bear interest at the rate of one (1) percent per month or fraction thereof until paid.

Web Hosting Cancelation: A client may cancel their web hosting at any time.  If the client has pre-paid for service that has not been used, a refund will be issued for the unused portion of service.

Upon opening a new account, the client has 30 days to evaluate our initial 30 day time period, the client is liable to pay for any portion of used service up to the date of cancellation.

Maintenance Agreement Cancellation:
If a client enters into a maintenance agreement with Pulsar Web Works LLC the client's maintenance fees are due at the beginning of the most current billing cycle.  While maintenance fees are non-refundable, the client may cancel their maintenance agreement at any time, upon which all planned maintenance will be canceled and for which no fee will be due.
